My customer account

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it when you log in. To do this, click on "Forgot your password?"

It is best to write your request to and we will take care of it personally.

You can find the address in the customer account under addresses adjust for future orders.

You can easily update your name via personal data .

Please note that we can only delete your customer account if the following points are true:

- all open amounts have been settled
- you have received any refunds due from us
- there is no longer any credit from the redemption of a gift voucher in your customer account
- none of your orders are on the way to dispatch

If one of the above requirements is not met, there is the option of not being able to delete your account immediately. With regard to pending refunds and orders in transit, we ask for your patience.

If it is less than 30 days since your last order, your account will be deleted after the return period has expired.

You will be informed of the expected delivery time in the order overview. You will receive a more accurate estimate of the delivery in the shipping confirmation. You will receive this by email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Standard shipping is free as long as you reach the minimum order value of €49.90. Otherwise the standard delivery fee is €4.90.

Express shipping is chargeable and can be added to your order as a shipping option for €7.90.

Delivery is always from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partner DHL.

We apologize if your order has not been fully delivered.

Please check first whether the order will be delivered in several packages and whether a package might still be on its way.

This could be because items from the same order are stored at different locations and are therefore shipped separately.

We are sorry if a damaged package was delivered.

If only the package was damaged and you want to send something back, you can simply use the packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Please use the return documents/code that came with your delivery - so that the return can be sent to the correct address free of charge.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot replace damaged shipping material.

To get the item you want, please reorder it. Of course, we will not charge for the wrong item. If the order has already been paid for, the purchase amount will be credited to you as soon as we have booked your return.

We want to bring your desired items to you particularly quickly and in an environmentally friendly manner. Otherwise, nothing will change for you in the usual process.

Return & Refund

You can register your return under Orders . You will receive a QR code that you can hand in at the DHL shop of your choice.

You can return unworn items within 30 days. With the return label on the package, your return will always go to the right address free of charge.

The processing time of your return can take up to 14 days.

If you drop off your package at a DHL station, you will receive your shipment tracking. This allows you to track your return. After we receive your return, we will check which items have been returned. You will then be informed by email that your return has been processed. For this reason it can take up to 14 days before you receive a confirmation.

After we have received your return, the goods will be checked. This process can take up to 14 days. Your return will always be credited to the originally selected payment method that you used when placing your order.

You can hand in your return package at a Packstation or in the shop of our parcel service provider DHL.

The return is free of charge for you. Simply use the return label and your return will be sent to the right address without incurring shipping costs for you.

Naturally! You are welcome to send your orders back in one package. Please don't forget to include the return slip in your package so that we have an overview of your orders.

First check whether the item you want is still in stock. If so, you can order it again and send your old order back to us.


Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when ordering.

After we have received your return, it will first be checked. Please give us up to 14 days to confirm your return.

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards.

If you select payment via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

If you already have an account with PayPal, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Please note that you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions and thus accept PayPal's processes.

As long as the order has not yet been packed, you can cancel it and reorder if necessary.

If you don't see the "Cancel Order" option, then your items are already being made ready to ship. Some orders are ready for dispatch within a short time and can no longer be cancelled.

Unfortunately, once you have placed the order, the delivery address cannot be changed afterwards. Depending on whether the order can still be canceled, you have different options.

The order can still be cancelled:
If you still see the "Cancel Order" option on your orders, please cancel the order. Before you reorder items, you can correct your address in your customer account or when completing your new order.

Your order can no longer be cancelled:

If the "Cancel order" option is no longer displayed in the customer account, then your package has already been prepared for shipping. Please don't worry: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us as a return. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

In order for your desired items to reach you, please place a new order to the correct address. Unfortunately, we have no way of redirecting a package to another address.

We apologize if your order has ever been canceled by us. Sometimes an item is already sold out, but is still shown as available in the shop.


Forgot to redeem voucher?

If your order is cancelable, you can cancel it and reorder the items. You can redeem the voucher code at the checkout in the “Vouchers and discount codes” field.
